About the event

The AVSTS autumn meeting will be held this year in one of Cambridge finest resorts. The Menzies Cambridge hotel and golf resort stands in 200 acres of countryside and is located just five miles from the famous university city. With its contemporary decor and spacious public areas, this hotel is a perfect destination for our autumn meeting. The scientific program comprises the usual stimulating mix of UK and international speakers with small animal veterinary and human backgrounds. As always this promises to be both entertaining and tought-provoking. After the meeting you can pamper yourself in the superb health and leisure club or experience the magnnificent 18-hole championship golf course before evening diner in the four star restaurant.

Social programme - friday evening


The Cambridge Menzies hotel is known for its championship golf course and health club. As delegates of the AVSTS conference you can pre-book a round of golf (20£) or spa treatment (see link below for picelist). Can we kindly ask delegates to pre-book these in advance to avoid disappointment especialy because Friday evening is a popular time at the resort. Delegates are welcome to use all the leisure facilities of the hotel including the swimming pool untill 10 pm.
